Quality and Satisfaction Measures

We use quarterly reports extracted from our electronic medical record, and analyzed by PPRNet, to see how we are doing on benchmark measures of quality of care.  Dr. Stewart has been a participant in PPRNet since 2003, and has received awards for high quality care as assessed by this organization.

We also use reports from Hows YourHealth? which patients fill out, to get a sense of how we are doing in terms of patient-centered collaborative care. Dr. Stewart has been encouraging patients to fill out the questionnaire on HowsYourHealth.org since July 2007.
