Location

Sammamish Diabetes and Lipid Clinic is located on East Lake Sammamish Parkway NE, 1.7 miles South of the Redmond-Fall City Road, and 1.7 miles North of the Inglewood Hill Road.   The clinic is located in the basement of Dr. Stewart's home.  The house is a 1950 Daylight Rambler which is located on the East side of East Lake Sammamish Parkway NE, across the street from Lake Sammamish.

Our current schedule is:

Monday:         9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM

Tuesday:        2:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Wednesday:   9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM

Thursday:       9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM

Friday:           No scheduled hours

Closed Saturday and Sunday, though we may be open on an occasional Saturday morning. 

After hours and emergency care are usually available.  Call the office for instructions.

 

Driving Directions

From SR-520 or Redmond

  1. Get on the Redmond-Fall City Road by going East on Redmond Way until it becomes the Fall-City Road, or by exiting SR-520 and turning right onto the Redmond-Fall City Road
  2. Turn right on East Lake Sammamish Parkway NE
  3. Go South 1.7 miles. 
  4. The address "3854" is easily visible on a large sign on the left side of the road.  Turn into the shared driveway right beyond the sign. 
  5. The clinic is the first driveway on the left. The clinic entrance is on the left, facing East Lake Sammamish Parkway.

From I-90 or Issaquah

  1. Get on Front Street by exiting I-90 at the Front street exit.
  2. Go North, under I-90, and Front Street will become East Lake Sammamish Parkway. 
  3. Go North 8.4 miles.  Warning: we are not on the Southeast section of the road.  We are most of the way to Redmond.  You will pass a 3800 block on E Lk Samm Pkwy SE long before you get to the clinic.
  4. The address "3854" is visible on a large sign on the right side of the road. It is slightly up the hill. Turn into the shared driveway right before the sign. 
  5. The clinic is the first driveway on the left. The clinic entrance is on the left, facing East Lake Sammamish Parkway.
